I love s’mores, but you usually can’t get them all year long. If you make this S’more Snack Mix, however, you can have s’mores all year long! This snack mix features: graham crackers, golden graham cereal, mini marshmallows, toasted marshmallow bites, and chocolate cereals! It is so good, I think my dad might be a tiny bit addicted to it… Anyway, it is perfect for giving to people for the holiday or making for holiday parties. Especially, if you know some people who craves s’mores all year long!

We are going to start with the toasted marshmallow bites. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and arrange your marshmallows on it in a single layer.

Bake the mallows at 400F for 10 minutes until just slightly browned. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Bake the mallows again at 400F for another 10 minutes or until very well browned. Cool completely.

Then break the toasted mallows into bite size pieces. Set aside.

We are also going to bake some graham crackers crumbs, it really adds a very nice flavor to the mix. In a small bowl combine melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers.

Arrange them on a foil lined sheet tray and bake them at 350F for 10 minutes. Cool completely before breaking into bite size pieces.

Now we are ready to mix everything together! In a very large bowl place the toasted marshmallows, baked graham cracker bites, golden grahams, mini marshmallows, and chocolate cereals.

Stir them all together well.

In a microwavable dish heat the chocolate flavored candy melts, I used Almond Bark. Heat in 30-second increments stirring in between until melted.

Stir the canola oil into the melted chocolate.

Pour the melted chocolate over the mallow/graham mixture.

Stir until everything is well coated. Place the snack mix on two waxed paper lined sheet trays to set.

Break into pieces before serving. If you love s’mores then you will defiantly like this S’more Snack Mix. It is a perfect snack mix to give to all those s’more lovers on your Christmas list too! It’s fun to have s’mores in the winter.

How do you like your toasted marshmallows evenly browned or burnt?
